At SikhaDenge (Parented by ThinkGrow Pvt. Ltd.), we are committed to delivering high-quality education and live training programs. Since our services are digital and involve live classes, we follow a transparent and strict refund policy to ensure fairness for both learners and our team.
1. Nature of Services
Our programs are live online classes, mentorship, and digital resources.
Once access to live sessions or course material is provided, it is considered a service already delivered.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:
If a student paid by mistake (duplicate payment).
If a student faces technical issues from our side that prevent access to classes.
If the student raises a refund request before attending the first live class.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
If the student has already attended one or more live sessions.
If access to course materials, recordings, or resources has been granted.
If dissatisfaction is based on personal preference, time management, or lack of practice.
If the student fails to arrange necessary equipment (laptop, internet, software, etc.).
4. Refund Process
Eligible refund requests must be made within 7 working days of payment.
All requests must be sent via email to support@sikhadenge.in
with payment details.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days to the original payment method.
5. Transfers & Adjustments
Instead of a refund, students may request to transfer their admission to another batch or course (if available).
Batch transfer is subject to approval and availability.
6. No Physical Returns
Since we do not sell physical products, there is no return policy applicable. All services are digital in nature.
7. Policy Updates
We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund & Return Policy. Any changes will be communicated via our website.
